Al-Iman Iftar Program

Throughout the month of Ramadan, Al-Iman Foundation intensifies its community feeding scheme program to reach as many fasting people as possible. We provide nutritious and delicious meals to encourage children to fast and support community members from disadvantaged families.

Our goal is to create a sense of community, empathize and make fasting easier for those who are struggling to afford food. Moreover, we aim to share the reward of fasting as Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said in a hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah, “Whoever gives food to a fasting person to break his fast, shall have his sins forgiven, and he will be saved from the Fire of Hell, and he shall have the same reward as the fasting person, without any reduction in his reward” (Tirmidhi).

We also provide sahur and iftar food packages, which include essential food items such as dates, water, bread, and other items required for the pre-dawn meal and the evening meal.

In addition, we distribute dates to masjids and communities, providing a small treat to those who are fasting
